We offer both! We have a wide variety of sizes of indoor storage units and 2 sizes of external units that are directly accessible by car or van 24/7.

How much does storage cost at Sunderland?

Our storage units start from just £6.13 per week. All units include extended access hours, wifi, use of moving equipment and access to the breakout room with complimentary tea and coffee making facilities.

What are the site access hours?

Customers can access indoor units 6am-10pm, 7 days a week. 

External units can be accessed 24/7.

Our reception is open Monday to Saturday 9am-5pm and Sunder 10am-4pm for new customers wishing to view or sign up in person. Outside of those hours you may complete a booking online and access a unit same-day.

Our Sunderland site has 24/7 monitored CCTV, 10ft perimeter fencing, automated access control using your own personalised PIN, individually alarmed rooms and on-site personnel during office hours.

Do you sell boxes and packaging materials?

Yes! We sell a variety of boxes and packaging materials at great rates so please pop down to the store and we can assist with anything you need.

Do you have a passenger or goods only lift?

We provide a full passenger and goods lift! Unlike some other local storage providers we don’t just provide a lift that can only accept your goods, our lift is able to carry passengers and goods so no need to use the stairs at all. This can really help if you have multiple trips to make.

How do I get my belongings from my vehicle to my storage unit?

We provide free use of our onsite moving and lifting equipment to all customers to assist with loading and unloading. We have a range of platform and sack trolley’s and pallet trucks to help manoeuvre all types of items, making it easy to get your goods from your vehicle to your unit.

All upper floor units have access to our passenger and goods lift so no need to climb any stairs!

What is the minimum and maximum rental period?

Our minimum rental period is just 28 days with a 14-day notice period to vacate. There is no maximum rental period.
